# 2 fixed-term positions on SciML for ocean modelling at IGE (Grenoble, France)

Dear all,

My group at IGE (Grenoble, France) is advertising two positions on applications of Scientific Machine Learning to the NEMO ocean models.

We are looking for :

- [**a research engineer on hybrid physics-based / AI-based ocean modeling**](https://lesommer.github.io/2023/02/15/research-engineer-ml/)

- [**a postdoctoral researcher on machine learning based eddy closures for ocean models**](https://lesommer.github.io/2023/02/15/postdoc-eddy-params-ml/)

Both positions are funded through the M2LINES initiative ([https://m2lines.github.io](https://m2lines.github.io)), and involve great international collaborations.
