Hello,

I am migrating from nemo 3.6 to nemo 5.

1. in my _nemo 3.6_ namelist, when i would specify:
  1. namelist:
    1. **ppglam0 = -18.125**! longitude of first raw and column T-point (jphgr\_msh = 1)
ppgphi0 = 30.1875 ! latitude of first raw and column T-point (jphgr\_msh = 1)

  2. mesh\_mask:
    1. nav\_lon starting from: - **18.125** , -18.0625, -18,…
nav\_lat starting from: 30.1875, ….

2. In _nemo 5.0.1_ when i want to generate domain\_cfg using domain\_cfg tool
  1. **ppglam0 = -18.125**! longitude of first raw and column T-point (jphgr\_msh = 1)
ppgphi0 = 30.1875 ! latitude of first raw and column T-point (jphgr\_msh = 1)
  2. domain\_cfg/mesh\_mask:
    1. **nav\_lon starting from: _-18.0625_** , -18, -17.9375,…
nav\_lat starting from: **30.25** , ….

As there is a clear shift of one cell (0.0625) up in latitude and one cell right in longitude from the given coordinates, I changed my ppglam0 and ppgphi0 to one cell left and down to get same domain\_cfg and mesh\_mask in nemo 5.

I need to ask you that is this the correct way? or somehow nemo is doing something inside as this is something very easy to mistake with!
