There seems to be a technical issue with the EAP rheology scheme. When activating this scheme in a basic reference configuration with no code modifications, I am getting a segmentation fault when activating this scheme.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Compile and prepare the `ORCA2_ICE_PISCES` reference configuration
2. In `namelist_ice_cfg`, in namelist group `&namdyn_rhg` set `ln_rhg_EVP = .FALSE.` and `ln_rhg_EAP = .TRUE.`
3. Run a test simulation

The simulation runs normally when step 2 is omitted.

I get the same results in:

- Main branch ([#a7fa5ddf](https://forge.nemo-ocean.eu/nemo/nemo/-/commit/a7fa5ddf77c45462c85255d580095fd38a01d61b))
