# \[v3.6\] Compilation: \`No matching subroutine lbc\_lnk\`

Dear all,

I’m trying to set up a new configuration with _ORCA2\_OFF\_PISCES_ as a reference, using NEMO 3.6. When compiling I encountered a error:

/data/home/ppwu/nemo3.6/NEMOGCM/CONFIG/MY_OFF_PISCES/BLD/ppsrc/nemo/zdfevd.f90(152): error #6285: 
There is no matching specific subroutine for this generic subroutine call. [LBC_LNK]
CALL lbc_lnk( avt , 'W', 1. ) ; CALL lbc_lnk( avm , 'W', 1. ) ! Lateral boundary conditions

```

It seems that the subroutine `lbc_lnk` is missing and I can’t find this subroutine in any file.  
Does anyone know how to fix it?

It should work…  
Delete _/data/home/ppwu/nemo3.6/NEMOGCM/CONFIG/MY\_OFF\_PISCES/BLD_ and _/data/home/ppwu/nemo3.6/NEMOGCM/CONFIG/MY\_OFF\_PISCES/WORK_ and try again…  
For your information, the subroutine is here : _NEMOGCM/NEMO/OPA\_SRC/LBC/lbclnk.F90_
