CNRS software engineer position for NEMO in Paris

NEMO is a numerical platform for ocean modeling. Among the ten or so models of this type in the world, it is the only one used and developed both by and for academic research, operational services and the “Earth System” models used for IPCC climate projections.
CNRS is opening a research engineer position to contribute to the development of NEMO (permanent position, civil service). Expertise is focused on Software Engineering, with a special motivation to discuss with all NEMO developers, to understand their contributions in order to build the synthesis and propose improvements.
