We’re running AGRIF-configurations with tidal constituents and want to write the analysis output diamlr.
For an eORCA025 configuration this worked (like in the AMM12 example), but we can’t make it work for the AGRIF cases. Whenever this output should be written, we get “forrtl: severe (174): SIGSEGV, segmentation fault occurred”. I can’t find any more hints. Is there something special to consider with AGRIF?
We use Nemo v5.0 and have both tested XIOS 2 and 3. Trying to write the output just on the parent grid (does it even make sense to have it on the child grids?) also does not work.
