I’m having trouble solving this problem. Nemo 4.2.3 + XIOS 2.5. ORCA2-PISCES configuration. I’m trying to run a task for user passive tracer with source data from an external file. When outputting the tracer concentration, I’m getting an error:
Error when calling function nc_inq_dimid(ncid, dimName.c_str(), &dimId)
NetCDF: Invalid dimension ID or name
Unable to get dimension ID given its name: deptht
The concentration field is three-dimensional and has normal values (verified by the debugger). The parameters in .xml files are similar to those for other 3D fields, which are output correctly:
field_def-oce.xml
file_def-oce.xml
The variable name kam is defined in the &namtrc section of the namelist_top_cfg file.
