NEMO v4.2.x now includes the SWE 2D shallow water module. Documentation is lacking, however.
Is there an example configuration somewhere that could be compiled and executed? A simple idealized test with closed boundaries would be fine.

There is the tests/SWG example that is:
" Square basin blown with an analytical wind. Vertical structure allows only one mode associated with reduced gravity to develop. This configuration is based on [T17]. Also runs with RK3 time stepping."
