SI³: EAP rheology broken? Segmentation fault with ln_rhg_EAP = .TRUE

There seems to be a technical issue with the EAP rheology scheme. When activating this scheme in a basic reference configuration with no code modifications, I am getting a segmentation fault when activating this scheme.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Compile and prepare the ORCA2_ICE_PISCES reference configuration
  2. In namelist_ice_cfg, in namelist group &namdyn_rhg set ln_rhg_EVP = .FALSE. and ln_rhg_EAP = .TRUE.
  3. Run a test simulation

The simulation runs normally when step 2 is omitted.
