Turning on ln_cfc11, cfc12 and sf6

I’m trying to turn on ln_cfc11, ln_cfc12 and ln_sf6 in NEMO_v5.0. Does anyone have an atmospheric forcing file in the format it expects, and matching namelist_trc_ref and/or namelist_trc_cfg?
